Returns:
We will refund or replace and damaged items, at no additional charge. If you miss ordered we will exchange the item for you at no charge (please note you are responsible for all postage required). Refunds are available, but may be applicable to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for a return authorization number before returning any products.

Privacy:
We do not share or sell any personal information with outside companies; orders shipped from the DWG International warehouse will be given the name and address for shipping purposes only.

Shipping:
Most items are shipped same day, or next day. We will ship via FedEx, Ups, USPS, Local Pickup (please call us in advance to schedule a pickup. Please note in some cases it is not possible for us to use your preferred method of shipping, if this happens we will make sure the alternative method will be there the same day or sooner then your selected method. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless delivery guarantees by shipping method are not met.
